A woman was picking up a starfish washed ashore and throwing them back into the sea.

A tourist questioned her on how her effort could make any difference, as there are thousands of starfish which are washed ashore and die.

The woman looked at the starfish in her hand and threw it into the water saying, “It makes a difference to this one.”

My intention is to pick you up, wherever you are in life, spend whatever time “holding you in my hand” for a new perspective, and to then joyfully return you back into life’s ocean–stronger, clearer, and inspired for success!

You do make a difference to me and to the world. No two starfish are alike and there is no one like you! And a coach is essential to help you uncover, set and keep your goals. Our relationship as coach client is a unique one, like the woman and the starfish in the story.
