Individual coaching

The power of personal coaching lies in the fact that it provides you with the most critical ingredient for extraordinary and consistent success–this includes ongoing support, detailed action plans, intuitive and constructive feedback, and most importantly, personal accountability. This personal coaching process is complimented and reinforced on line through a powerful software tracking program for the Starfish Coaching Client — and this state-of-the-art technology empowers you to track your intentions, commitments, success rate, and gratitude for moving forward.

The individual coaching process involves a commitment of weekly, confidential coaching sessions. All sessions are done over the phone and go for 45 minutes each. You also are supported with unlimited email connection during the month. In our sessions, all you need is a commitment to make an investment in yourself, to be authentic, communicate honestly, and believe in the possibility of change.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is also available as an affordable option. This involves a group of 4-8 participants on a conference call. Starfish Coaching Clients often find that when listening to someone else being coached, there is also a “conch pearl” in the learning for them, too. This group coaching is complimented and reinforced on line through a powerful software tracking program for the Starfish Coaching Clients — and this state-of-the-art techonology empowers the group to track your intentions, commitments, success rate, and gratitude for moving forward.
